  • Creates a detailed plan for the layout of merchandise in a retail store to encourage customers to make more purchases
  • Develop business relationship with key assigned customers through best-in-class customer services – proactivity, service level, delivery service
  • Supervise day-to-day merchandisers’ operation to ensure all the plan execute timely and ensure the high share of shelf
  • Develop strong relationship with store managers to ensure that planograms are aligned and prominent displayvaluate its effectiveness with key actionable insights 
  • Assist in adjusting product placement strategically to increase sales
  • Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of action plans and development areas
  • Other’s task assigned by manager

  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
