Job Summary
Join THE K GROUND in Phnom Penh as a Sales & Marketing Executive, supporting business growth in the food and beverage sector. You will help promote products, build client relationships, and contribute to sales performance through active outreach and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

● Promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up.
● Support sales activities, lead generation, and customer acquisition efforts.
● Assist in preparing sales materials, reports, and promotional updates.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and service delivery.
● Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

● Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline.

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields.
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
● Good communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
● Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage priorities effectively.
● Basic computer skills, including MS Office and digital communication tools.
● Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
● Must be based in Phnom Penh and able to work in Ruessei Kaev.
