Be able to do maintenance of the air-conditioning system (VRF HVAC).
Be able to repair the motor, electrical problem.
Be able to understanding of medical devices or medical equipment ensure all medical devices meet healthcare regulations and standards.
Manage projects related to medical device development and implementation.
Makes plans and assures problem-solving with maintenance staff.
Solves all occurring problems in the hospital during operation time.
Checks and inspects the equipment running time to determine the preventive maintenance plan.
Supervises maintenance staff for preventive maintenance as scheduled.
Responds immediately to emergency situations, equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting, and electrical and mechanical problems.
Studies operation manuals and investigates failure from troubleshooting.
Performs other jobs which will be assigned from time to time.
Makes daily reports to supervisor for data check sheet.
Performs other tasks assigned by manager and/or general manager.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Holding bachelor of Mechanic/Electrical engineering with more than 2 years of experience.
Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, or other designing programs.
Language ability: fluent in Khmer and good command of English.
Willing to learn new things, improve knowledge and continue learning.
Ability to build good interpersonal relationships and work well in a team.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, be flexible and prioritize job tasks.
Working days: 5 days per week.
Working hours: 8.00 – 18.00 (include 1-hour lunch break).
Days off, holiday: 2 days off per week plus public holidays.
Salary: Based on our policy.
Pay change: Twice a year (January and July).
