- Greet and escort customers to their tables

- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)

- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses

- Inform customers about the day’s specials

- Offer menu recommendations upon request

- Up-sell additional products when appropriate

- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization

- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff

- Serve food and drink orders

- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems

- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area

- Deliver checks and collect bill payments

- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

- Follow all relevant health department regulations

- Provide excellent customer service to guests

Admin: To comply with all standards of performance, behaviors, and operational policies and procedures in place at the golf club at all times, also in chat group:

- Weekly roster

- F&B training plan

HR:

- Must work on time and sign in-out as per company policy

- During in-out must print figure scan all the time

- Incase cannot scan must fill the form pass to Line Manager for signed

- Take leave must prepare 2 days in advance

- In case emergency must call to Sup F&B keep informed.

- Must sign out and in properly by daily if not done any lost deduce own salary.

Financial: ONLY FOR MANAGEMENT

Other: -

- Participates in internal and external activities that are judged as appropriate to enhance the prestige of the company; or broadens the scope of the company’s operations by fulfilling the public obligations of the company as a participating member of the community.

- Performs other relevant duties as directed by the Line Manager.
