- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving basic concerns.
- Prepare and set up dining areas before service and clean up after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Process guest bills and handle cash, card, or digital payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory replenishment and basic stock control when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.
