* Field Investigator Task:

1. Customer visiting and investigation to analyze customer's business for loan approval, financial factors and source of repayment.
2. Prepare credit investigation report to management.
3. Make appointment with customer and the related person.
4. Confirm and take the photo of house and business place of customer if needed.
5. Communicate with the authority or neighbor for check and collect the customer's information and documents.
6. Make sure data collection from field corrected and clear information.
7. Complete daily investigation report.
8. Report daily task (done, pending and problem by Team).
9. Keep customer's information in confidential safe and security (CBC reported, Business, Income, Customer's personal document and working document).

* Field Collector Task:

1. Call to overdue customer, Workplace and Business Place, witness, relative friend, and parents.
2. Visit overdue customer / Current Address/ Workplace and Business Place.
3. Make plan call and visit customer to solve the late payment by customer.
4. Take action and Legal action with customer who late payment with JMC.
5. Reposes Asset and Collected bad debt.
6. Homeland visited and collected bad debt and solve the problem with customer and relative.
7. Update collection reported and both activities (Call and Visit) into JMC system and Excel file.
8. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly target and actual result.
9. Strongly manage and control staff and lead and motivate team.

1. At least finish high school or university student in any field.
2. Strong commitment with field work.
3. Be able to drive a motorbike and must have a driving license for motorbike with engine power more than 125 CC.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Good calculation and explanation in number.
7. Be able to read and write English.
