• Visit cosmetics shops in markets across Phnom Penh and travel to provinces when necessary.
• Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities.
• Research market trends.
• Collect market information about customer needs.
• Work closely with the distributor.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
• Welcome customers with a smile and communicate politely and cheerfully.
• Host live streams and review products.
• Respond to customers via chat and handle B2C and B2B shipping arrangements.

• 1-2 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in cosmetics industry sales.
• A bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Conversational English skills for communicating with Japanese and Vietnamese colleagues.
• A creative mindset and an honest, friendly attitude.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Ability to create and edit content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Experience using Canva and CapCut.

Work Location and Schedule

• Location: Toul Tumpong I, Phnom Penh.
• Working days and hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
