Job Summary
Experienced finance and accounting professional responsible for supporting accurate reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day financial operations in a real estate development environment. Ensure compliance, strengthen controls, and provide insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
● Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, journals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
● Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning activities.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
● Coordinate audits, maintain proper documentation, and respond to internal/external inquiries.
● Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and control.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project and operational finance needs.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting; real estate or property development is an advantage.
● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
● Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software; ERP experience is a plus.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
● Able to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
● Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across departments.
● Professional integrity, accuracy, and a proactive working attitude.
