An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Review tax returns and advise on tax issues within WBG and its subsidiary companies.
  • Optimize tax liabilities and identify potential tax saving opportunities
  • Facilicate to lead discussions on tax issues and propose solutions to mitigate tax risks and report potential tax risks to immediate supervisor
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure timely implementation
  • Be a representative of WBG to manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
  • Assist in developing tax strategies and policies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as finance, legal and operations to ensure cross-functional collaboration on tax matters.
  • Review supporting and reference documents to accounting records
  • Oversee, and analyze accounting records, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in taxation from group companies or accounting firm
  • Certified Cambodian Taxation is preferred
  • Experience with preparation of financial statements
  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) user and administration skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening and interpreting skills
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax compliance and legislation.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under the guidance of the Head of Taxation.
