By-law development/review: Develop/improve products/services that are tailored to corporate needs (Overdraft Facility(OD), Revolving Loan (RL), Fixed Loan (FL)/Bullet Payment Loan (BPL), Term Loan (TL), Cash Back Loan (CBL).etc).
Explore opportunities and recommend strategies for cross selling of products and services.
Cross sell Structured Trade & Commodity Finance-, Treasury- and Payment products.
Plan and develop strategies and KPIs for achieving annual target of the department.
Negotiate terms and conditions and prepare credit applications for new loan facilities for Corporate Banking clients ,Present and defend Corporate Banking credit applications in the Credit Committee.
Analyze financial structure and risk management of the business performance for approval the loan of company’s large size corporate.
Oversee the process of granting loans to the corporation, compliance with the credit regulation policies, and other management related functions.
Oversee client acceptance and on-boarding procedures by conducting due diligence and documents review.
Responsible for originating and managing the relationships with corporates outside the bank.
Timely renewal of the credit facilities to ensure the proper monitoring of client’s credit and account performance.
Conducted annual review and propose for updating the Existing policies.
Ongoing development of training to improve staff capacity.
Further develop the internal structures for Corporate Banking.
