Manage and oversee daily company operations.
Supervise operations staff and ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor cash, foreign exchange transactions, and daily reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Handle operational issues and customer complaints.
Prepare daily/monthly operational reports for management.
Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, HR, and other departments.
Identify risks and improve operational processes.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, banking, money exchange, or financial services.
At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
Good knowledge of cash management, reconciliation, and operational controls.
Knowledge of KYC/AML and compliance is an advantage.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Khmer.
Honest, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
