A Good Opportunity for ..

Manages all aspects of credit risk management within the digital product domain. This covers detailed knowledge of product design and parameters, criteria for clients’ eligibility as well as the approval process and set up of the key parameters driving risk (price, tenor, limit…)
Defines the decision-making process and ensures its implementation within decision engine and its cost optimization (e.g. CBC querying)
Steers the analytical team to properly monitor portfolio performance, risk trends throughout the vintages and high-level profitability of the product.
Defines standardized reports, uses them to monitor and manage the product and portfolio
Guides team thru periodical default type investigation (DTI) on the loan portfolio where thorough manual review of limited sample of loans is conducted in order to verify effectiveness and consistency of internal processes related to loan origination, decision making and maintenance
Continuous improvement of the processes to reflect lessons learnt and actual situation on the market
Manages the small team consisting of process-oriented data analysts (2-3)

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Tech or any other relevant degree.
4+ years’ experience in a bank / consumer finance / micro finance institution
Strong in data analytics and problem solving – knowledge of SQL, Excel is needed
Ability to manage team and effectively communicate within the team as well as with peers on the business side
Experience in handling analytical and business tasks and processes
Previous experience working in the Fintech industry is an advantage
Above average verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
Able to communicate complex concepts persuasively to different audiences and levels within the organization.
Responsible, self-motivated, must be capable of and enjoy working independently, driving decisions, and having an entrepreneurial mindset.
