● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● Proven experience in software development leadership or technical management.
● Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and project delivery practices.
● Ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
● Experience working with cross-functional business teams and stakeholders.
● Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
● Familiarity with modern development tools, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
● Experience in travel, transport, or service-based industries is a strong advantage.
