  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HR staff in organizing and coordinating training sessions and employee events.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, policies, and internal communications.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
