Supervise and review all import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and permits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Monitor ETD/ETA schedules and keep shipment logs updated, providing regular updates to management and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate closely with brokers, freight forwarders, and transport providers to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and discrepancies by liaising with relevant partners and authorities.
Ensure compliance with Cambodian import regulations, company policies, and international trade requirements.
Maintain accurate records and reports of all shipments, costs, and customs clearances.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff or officers involved in import documentation and logistics.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, shipping agents, and internal departments.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in import, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of Cambodian import regulations and international trade compliance.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the food import industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
