Job Purpose:

To perform complex activities in the IT infrastructure and security team including planning, design, capacity management, optimization, implementation, project rollout and operation to ensure and optimize effectiveness and efficiency of systems to serve quality services.

Key Responsibilites:

• Strong technical experience and knowledge on SAN & Ceph Storage, Backup & Restore, Cisco Contact Center Technology, Call Center, Live Chat, IPT/VC, EMS Monitoring Tools, Cloud & Virtualization platform (VMWare & OpenStack) and Information Management domains.
• Knowledge and experience on other IT infrastructure domains such as Windows, Linux, Solaris, Network, Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Exchange, Ansible, RMS, EUS, IDAM, Data Center operation, Database, Middleware, Information Security and DR design/solution will be preferred.
• Develop and manage roadmap, operation improvement and annual plan for SAN & Ceph Storage, Backup & Restore, Cisco Contact Center Technology, Call Center, Live Chat, IPT/VC, EMS Monitoring Tools, Cloud & Virtualization platform (VMWare & OpenStack) and Information Management domains. Knowledge on CAPEX and OPEX planning will be advantage.
• Perform Architecture design, Planning, security compliance & control and project rollout activities for respective area.
• Perform Group level activities, systems rollout, manage systems and regular reporting.
• Perform audit compliance processes such as MEV, CBN, Policies, Procedures, SOP, System Documentations, Asset Management, DR Drill, Risk Management and others including proper mitigation & tracking for compliance.
• Perform capacity planning, dimension and performance optimization on respective systems, products or platforms.
• Lead/Collaborate key activities with respective stakeholders (both Internal & External) and perform multi-vendor management to ensure stable operation, meet stakeholder’s expectation and deliver on time including regular SLA and KPI review.
• Track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review overall processes of relevant activities, as well as coordinate and support to others functions to perform complex activities.
• Perform in-depth analysis on benchmarking relevant domains to adopt market best practices into organization.
• Support senior members in activities and proactively identify opportunities to advance the success of the business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology.

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in related functions
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Proven experience in leading team and vendor management.

• Good inter-personal skills, proactive, self-motivated, self-learning, agile mindset, cross-functional interaction, good attitude, attention to detail and efficient communications on both English and Myanmar.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
