Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary IT partner for factory operations, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Lead and manage local IT operations, ensuring high service delivery standards under group IT policies and frameworks.
• Drive and deliver IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and commitments.
• Coordinate with Group IT and external vendors to deliver solutions on time
• Support, optimize, and enhance manufacturing systems, including PLM, ERP, MES, WMS, Barcode/RFID, etc
• Ensure reliable and secure IT infrastructure and cybersecurity practices including network, servers, and end-user devices such as CCTV, attendance systems etc.
• Provide guidance on group IT governance, policies, and standards, ensuring local adoption while balancing operational needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of IT experience, with solid exposure to manufacturing environments (garment industry experience is highly preferred)
• Proven ability to work with diverse business stakeholders across functions and levels
• Strong understanding of manufacturing applications and business processes, with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
• Exposure to application development, dashboards, reporting, or automation tools is an advantage
• Experience working in a matrix organization, balancing local demands with corporate standards
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
