A Big Opportunity for ...

1. Sales Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for consumer health products 

  • Drive revenue growth across pharmacies, specialty, skin care, baby shop channel 

  • Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration in Phnom Penh Kandal and key provinces 

2. Channel & Account Management 

  • Recruit key WS pharmacy to be AFC parter as stock point for PP and provinces. 

  • Manage relationships with key pharmacy chains, distributors, WS,  and healthcare partners. 

  • Negotiate contracts,  and monthly, Quarterly promotional activities, Join Business Plan with MT or E commerce channel. 

  • Ensure product availability and compliance within healthcare channels 

3. Channel Expansion 

  • Identify and onboard new pharmacy and healthcare partners 

  • Ensuring Must Stock List Execution, Right Product at right outlets 

  • Defined white space and improve distribution and Maximum availability and visibility of AFC’s products. 

 

4. Trade Marketing Collaboration 

  • Work closely with marketing team to excellent promotions execution and campaigns 

  • Ensure effective rollout of merchandising and branding initiatives 

  • Provide market feedback to support product development 

5. Team Leadership 

  • Lead and manage sales team focused on healthcare channels 

  • Provide coaching and training on product knowledge and compliance 

  • Set KPIs and monitor performance 

 

6. Financial Oversight 

  •  Manage the General Trade budget, including trade discounts and distributor incentives, Sales Incentive 

  •  Oversee credit control and timely collection of payments from SD and wholesalers. 

7. Market Intelligence & Reporting 

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies 

  • Analyze sales data and provide insights for business decisions 

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports 

  • Monitor stock levels, sell-in/sell-out, and inventory turnover 

8. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness 

  • Ensure sales practices align with local healthcare regulations 

  • Coordinate with regulatory and QA teams when required 

  • Maintain proper documentation for healthcare-related sales activities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably confectionery/snacks)
  • Strong experience in channel management and key account handling
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong Technical and Digital Skill
