Job Summary
The Leasing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth of the commercial tower by developing and executing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and securing high-quality tenants. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate clients and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Business Development
•
Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
•
Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities, including corporate clients and multinational companies
•
Conduct market research to stay updated on rental trends, competitor activities, and demand
•
Generate leads through networking, brokers, and direct outreach
Tenant Acquisition & Negotiation
•
Manage the full leasing cycle: inquiry, site inspection, negotiation, and closing
•
Prepare and negotiate lease terms, contracts, and commercial agreements
•
Ensure all lease documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements
•
Coordinate with legal and finance teams on lease execution
Tenant Relationship Management
•
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants
•
Ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention
•
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and renewal negotiations
•
Work closely with property management to ensure service quality
R & H Tower
Marketing & Promotion
•
Collaborate with marketing team to promote available spaces
•
Develop leasing materials, presentations, and proposals
•
Organize property tours and leasing events
•
Maintain updated listings on relevant platforms
Reporting & Administration
•
Track leasing performance and prepare regular reports (occupancy, pipeline, revenue)
•
Maintain accurate tenant database and leasing records
•
Monitor lease expiries and proactively manage renewals

Requirements
Education
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
Experience
•
3–7 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or property management
•
Experience in office towers, malls, or mixed-use developments is preferred
Skills & Competencies
•
Strong negotiation and closing skills
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•
Good understanding of commercial real estate market
•
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
•
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Languages
•
Fluent in English (required)
•
Chinese is a strong advantage
