WOWNOW is seeking an experienced Expat Marketing Manager with a strong background in the food delivery or on-demand service industry to lead marketing strategy, user growth, and brand development in Cambodia. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, merchant growth, and revenue through data-driven marketing initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

• Drive user acquisition, retention, and merchant growth across all channels

• Plan and manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

Brand & Campaign Management

• Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging

• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations

• Manage co-marketing campaigns with merchants, partners, and strategic alliances

• Oversee PR, influencer, and KOL collaborations

Digital & Performance Marketing

• Manage performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, app installs, CRM)

• Optimize campaigns based on ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance and reporting

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team

• Work closely with Product, Operations, BD, and Sales teams

• Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare marketing performance reports for management

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and growth

• Track and analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

• Mandatory experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, or on-demand platforms

• Strong expertise in digital and performance marketing

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Strategic, hands-on, and data-driven mindset

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)

• Willingness to relocate to Cambodia
