  • Develop Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs.
  • Diagnose and Resolve Electrical Issues.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation and Reporting.Preventive Maintenance of Extra Low Voltage systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics.
  • Documentation & Reporting.
  • Safety & Compliance.
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Clean-Agent Fire-Extinguishing System (FM-200).
  • CCTV and Surveillance Systems
  • Access Control and Intercom Systems
  • PAVA System.
  • Intrusion Detection and Alarm Systems
  • IPTV System and AV System.
  • BMS Interface with ELV where applicable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics or related field.
  • Solid understanding of ELV systems architecture, component, wiring layouts, protocols and integration).
  • Knowledge of local and international standards (NFPA, BS EN, etc.).

Experience:

  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Testing tools and software used for ELV systems (fire alarm panels,CCTV NVRs, access control software).
  • In commissioning, testing, and calibration of ELV system.
