Job Summary
Join a dynamic FMCG team as a Senior Channel Marketing Executive, supporting trade execution, in-store visibility, and promotional activities that strengthen brand presence and drive sales across key channels in Phnom Penh.

Key Responsibilities
● Support the execution of trade marketing plans across modern and traditional trade channels.
● Coordinate POS materials, displays, and promotions to enhance brand visibility in stores.
● Work with sales and marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
● Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and store performance to spot growth opportunities.
● Assist in trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising program tracking.
● Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and field teams for smooth execution.
● Prepare reports on campaign results, trade activities, and sales performance for management review.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
● 1+ year of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or FMCG is preferred.
● Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
● Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
● Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Willing to support field visits and trade activation activities as needed.
