– Schedule, test, and optimize message timing, frequency, creative, and calls to action to improve open rates, conversion, and retention.

– Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
– Support user-acquisition goals including app installs, registrations, first rides, and cost-per-first-ride targets.
– Work with in-house designer and teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
– Monitor campaign performance daily or weekly and reallocate budget toward the most efficient channels and creatives.
### Offline & On-Ground Marketing
– Plan and execute offline activations to drive app downloads and rides
– Coordinate vendors, promoters, venues, and marketing collateral to ensure smooth on-ground execution within budget and timeline.
– Represent the brand on-site when needed, collect leads and feedback, and resolve execution issues in real time.
– Track activation results—including leads, installs, redemptions, and cost—and share post-campaign learnings and recommendations.
