• Assist in designing simple marketing visuals and messaging

3. Digital Marketing Support

• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Post content, monitor engagement, and respond to customer inquiries
• Support digital advertising campaigns and track performance                                                                                                     

4. Sales & Promotion Support

• Work with store operations to support promotions and increase sales
• Assist in product launches and promotional campaigns
• Monitor campaign results and provide feedback for improvement                                                                                           

5. Market Research

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Monitor customer trends and preferences
• Provide insights to support marketing decisions                                                                                                                                     

6. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, merchandising, design)
• Liaise with external vendors and agencies
• Support logistics for events, promotions, and campaigns                                                                                                                                     

7. Reporting

• Prepare reports on campaign performance and marketing activities
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, and sales impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Creative thinking and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
