Job Summary
Marketing Manager for a leading real estate developer, driving impactful campaigns, brand visibility, and lead generation for key projects in Phnom Penh. This role requires strong digital expertise, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for real estate projects.
● Manage digital channels, including social media, website, online ads, and lead generation.
● Coordinate project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
● Create marketing materials, advertisements, and brand content.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide planning.
● Work closely with Sales to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
● Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
● Supervise marketing staff and coordinate with agencies and suppliers.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property development.
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand management.
● Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
● Able to work effectively with Sales and external partners.
● Proficient in Khmer and English.
