Accounting & Finance

• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments
• Prepare and maintain general ledger, journals, and supporting documents
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements, cash, and POS (Point of Sale) reports
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Retail Operations Support

• Monitor daily sales and inventory movements
• Coordinate with store operations on stock variance, shrinkage, and adjustments
• Track cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross profit

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in tax calculations, filings, and audits (VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and invoices

Budgeting & Analysis

• Support budget preparation and expense monitoring
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (retail or FMCG experience preferred)
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may be considered

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and coordination skills
