1. Develop and implement leasing strategies, marketing plans, annual revenue budgets, and expense proposals for management approval.
2. Lead and manage public relations and social media campaigns to strengthen brand image and attract customers through marketing events and promotions.
3. Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain competitiveness; oversee leasing implementation, KPI setting, and team training to ensure productivity.
4. Manage operational and financial budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability; monitor annual budgets and resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
5. Review and control operational reports, address delays, and ensure timely and accurate rent collection in compliance with company policies.
6. Maintain strong relationships with tenants and resolve complaints/issues according to company policies.
7. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.
