Manage daily operations to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

Proven experience in restaurant or pub management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of financial management and inventory systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

🕚Working Condition: (2pm -1am)
- Negotiate with working Hour
- Day off 4days for Officer Jobs and 2 Day for Field Jobs
- Holiday: Khmer New Year, and Pjum Ben Only
