Operations Management
• Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations (Air, Sea, Land).
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing (import/export).
• Monitor cargo movement, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies.
Team Leadership
• Lead, supervise, and develop operations staff.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Conduct training and performance evaluations.
 Customer Service
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and provide solutions to clients.
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Monitor documentation such as Bill of Lading, AWB, customs clearance.
• Stay updated with customs laws and logistics policies.
Vendor & Partner Management
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and agents.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance.
Cost Control & Profitability
• Manage operational costs and improve efficiency.
• Monitor profit margins on shipments. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years in freight forwarding/logistics.
• At least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations (Air/Sea/Land).
• Good understanding of customs regulations and documentation.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
