​Role and Responsibilities​

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources. 

• Implementation of the purchasing/contract management policies and procedures 

• Maintain and update list of vendors and their qualifications, delivery capacity 

• Process purchase requisitions and requests from internal stakeholders to trigger the purchasing process. 

• Prepare and maintain a record of purchasing documents (e.g., PO, shipping documents, etc.). Validate supplier invoices and prepare documentation to facilitate the payment process (e.g., goods, received note, payment voucher, etc.). 

• Gather and compile monthly purchasing information for the purpose of purchasing report preparation. 

• Other tasks can be assigned related to the role. 

• Finding new Vendors on Olympic Market 

• Checking price on market 

• Buying according to the purchase file and make sure to find the source of goods at the best price 

• Connecting with Suppliers 

​​Qualifications and Education Requirements​ 

• Bachelor's or associate's degree in related field 
• At least 1 year of experience is preferred but not a must. A fresh graduate with a positive attitude to learn fast is welcome. Good organizational and time-management abilities. 
• Be able to communicate in English 

​​Preferred Skills​ 

• Microsoft office, good at Excel worksheets
