Strategic Supply Chain Management
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure sustainability.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Oversee sourcing and procurement activities to ensure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Negotiate long-term contracts with suppliers to secure stable supply chains.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with contracts.
Production Planning and Inventory Management
- Oversee production team to develop accurate forecasts and production schedules.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance availability and cost efficiency.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and avoid stockouts.
- Utilize technology and systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
Logistics and Distribution
- Oversee transportation & logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Optimize distribution networks and routes to improve cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.
Health and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and SOPs.
- Assume responsibility for health, safety, environment, and standards.
- Monitor working conditions to provide a safe and healthy environment for staff and products.
- Maintain health and safety standards, hygiene, and security while providing staff training.
Quality Control:
- Monitor quality-related activities to ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene standards, and Cambodian standard.
- Implement systems and procedures for manufacturing operations, meeting production plans and quality standards.
- Identify quality improvement programs to enhance cost-effective manufacturing processes.
Supply Planning:
- Develop supply chain management initiatives to support market demand and supply.
- Continuously improve demand and supply planning processes.
- Create forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Lead solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy and anticipate market needs.
- Monitor changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
Financial and Performance Management
- Manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control & resource optimization.
- Track and report key supply chain metrics, including cost savings, delivery performance, and inventory turnover.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Management Team from time to time.

Bachelor’s degree in S.Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3+ years of hand-on experience in production and machineries management
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or beverage production industries is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production, and logistics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
