1. Product Policy Development & Management

• Draft, review, and update policies, processes, and regulations related to products.

• Establish fee structures, transaction limits, promotional/incentive policies, and product operational regulations.

• Propose policy adjustments aligned with business strategies and market demands.

2. Research & Analysis

• Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor products, and track Fintech industry trends.

• Analyze product operational data to propose policy improvements.

• Evaluate the potential impact of new policies prior to implementation.

3. Product Implementation Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales/Business, Operations, Technology, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance departments.

• Assist in building professional documentation and product operational workflows.

• Participate in deploying new products, features, and commercial programs.

4. Compliance Control

• Ensure all product policies strictly comply with state laws and internal corporate regulations.

• Monitor the actual application and enforcement of policies in practice.

• Propose corrective measures for any arising product-related issues.

5. Reporting & Training

• Prepare periodic reports regarding the effectiveness of product policies.

• Prepare presentation documents for the Executive Board and Board of Directors.

• Support training sessions for staff on new product policies and processes.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience: A minimum of 01 year of experience in Product, Operations, Banking, Digital Wallet, or Fintech sectors.

• Skills:

  • Strong data analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent skills in drafting documents, workflows, and policies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Language: Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
