  • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works category assigned.
  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
  • Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties
  • Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies & procedures.
  • Monitor and co-ordinate the deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are shipping to the port.
  • Negotiation for best purchasing packages inclusive of terms of quality, price, term, shipping and service…, with suppliers
  • Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification.
  • Do the inventory levels of materials or products.
  • Source suppliers for any new product
  • Control monthly price list from suppliers
  • Ready to perform any duties assigned by management

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification
  • 3 years in the relevant or similar industry and business acumen
  • Experience in oversea purchase is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
  • Good in spoken and written English
  • Collaboration work with teams of all levels
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Able to handle multiple demands, well organize, details oriented and meets deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and able to work fast pace and efficiently.
  • Dynamic, hands-on and committed to work long hours to deliver results
