Position Summary

The Revenue Manager will lead the hotel's pre-opening revenue management function and maximise room revenue, market share and profitability. The role will establish pricing, forecasting, inventory, distribution and reporting processes. Working closely with Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Front Office, Finance and corporate teams, the position will support informed commercial decisions across all booking channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening setup and testing of the revenue management system, PMS, central reservation system, channel manager and reporting tools.
• Develop the hotel's revenue strategy, market segmentation, pricing structure, rate plans, packages, restrictions and inventory controls.
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts and revenue reports while analysing booking pace, pickup, demand patterns, competitors and market trends.
• Optimise occupancy, average daily rate and RevPAR through effective pricing, availability controls, overbooking, length-of-stay strategies and revenue meetings.
• Work closely with Reservations and the Director of Sales & Marketing to align rates, inventory, promotions, account strategies, group quotations and sales plans.
• Manage rate parity, channel availability and performance across direct websites, OTAs, GDS and other distribution platforms.
• Evaluate group, event and contracted business through displacement analysis and recommend the most profitable business mix.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify revenue risks and opportunities, and implement timely actions in line with brand and commercial standards.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of revenue management, reservations or distribution experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within an international hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel revenue and distribution systems, with proven analytical and commercial skills; previous pre-opening experience and a good command of English are highly desirable.
