● Support reservations, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
● Coordinate with front office and other teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
● Update booking records and maintain correct information in the system.
● Assist guests with special requests and provide clear hotel service information.
● Monitor availability and report booking or service issues to the team.

● Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong guest service mindset.
● Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
