Addwell Logistics (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, a logistics company which provided worldwide import and export services in Cambodia. As we need to improve, develop and strengthen our services to serve customers on time so we are seeking Cambodian staff to full fill position as below:

 

  • Position                              : Sales and Marketing Supervisor (1 Positions)
  • Working location             : Phnom Penh
  • Job status                          : Full time (8am to 12pm & 1pm to 5pm)
  • Closing date                      : 30 JULY 2026

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Analyze & identify market demands, customers preference & market trends for company
  • Develop marketing strategies & find new customer as target
  • Adapt sales & pricing tactics base on market trends and competitor analysis
  • Initiates & coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market
  • Develop & implement sales strategies with the company's capabilities to hit sales target
  • Work out annual sales plan base on company target and market situation.
  • Training & support the followers to close deal and successful company’s sales target
  • Team leadership and supervision.
  • Manage sales team performance, teamwork & productivity within KPI
  • Daily, weekly & monthly report to management
  • Other tasks assigned by management

  • At least bachelor degree of Business, Sales & Marketing or any related field
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company
  • Be good English communication. Chinese is advantage.
  • Be able to use Microsoft office, Internet & Email
  • Good communication, negotiation skills
  • Hard working, loyalty, punctual, flexible and patient
  • Good attitude, commitment and be able to work under pressure
  • Good sales management skill.
