The Sales Supervisor – Regional Dealers is responsible for supporting and driving the performance of Vespa’s dealer network across assigned provinces. This role focuses on dealer development, sales execution, and market expansion while ensuring alignment with Vespa’s premium brand standards. Acting as the key operational link between headquarters and regional dealers, the position ensures consistent sales growth and strong dealer capability in the field.
We need 2 people: 

• Region 3: Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kratie, Stung Treang, Ratanakiri, or Mondulkiri.

• Region 4: Kandal, Kampong Speu, Sihanoukville, Koh Kong, Kampot, Kep, or Takeo.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 
a. Dealer Management & Development
b. Sales Target Achievement
c. Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities at dealer level.
• Assist dealers in organizing local events, test rides, and brand activations to drive customer traffic.
• Ensure consistent application of Vespa brand guidelines in all dealer marketing materials and activities.
• Encourage dealers to leverage digital platforms and social media for lead generation.
• Provide insights and feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer response.
• Strengthen Vespa brand visibility and positioning in provincial markets.

d. Reporting & Market Analysis

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Additional training in sales, dealer operations, or automotive business is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, dealer coordination, or field operations, preferably in automotive or 2-wheeler industry.
• Experience working with dealer networks or managing provincial markets is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to support sales growth and manage multiple stakeholders.
   

• Region 3: Candidates must be based in one of the following provinces: Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kratie, Stung Treang, Ratanakiri, or Mondulkiri.

• Region 4: Candidates must be based in one of the following provinces: Kandal, Kampong Speu, Sihanoukville, Koh Kong, Kampot, Kep, or Takeo.
