Job Summary
Join JobNet Group in Phnom Penh as a Sales Director for Recruitment Services, driving growth across banking, insurance, and microfinance clients. You will build strong partnerships, lead strategic sales efforts, and expand market presence through high-value consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to grow recruitment service revenue in banking, insurance, and microfinance.
● Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, identifying hiring needs and creating tailored solutions.
● Lead business development activities, including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing new deals.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery, client satisfaction, and repeat business.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline performance to support informed sales decisions.
● Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
● Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment services, ideally in financial services.
● Strong network and understanding of banking, insurance, or microfinance sectors in Cambodia.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
● Ability to manage senior client relationships and drive revenue growth through strategic account planning.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong commercial mindset, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in English; additional local language skills are a strong advantage.
