Job Summary
Dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales performance for a growing real estate developer in Phnom Penh. This role drives revenue growth, manages a high-performing team, and builds strong client relationships to support successful project sales.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
● Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
● Monitor sales activity, prepare forecasts, and provide regular performance reports.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and business partners.
● Support project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
● Ensure excellent customer service and a positive client experience throughout sales.
● Work closely with Marketing to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property development.
● Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
● Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
● Able to build relationships with clients and business partners effectively.
● Proficient in both Khmer and English.
