A. Merchant Acquisition
● Identify and approach potential merchants (restaurants, cafes, local food vendors)
● Achieve monthly target of new merchant sign-ups
● Present EAST BUY value proposition and partnership benefits
● Negotiate commercial terms and agreements
B. Merchant Onboarding
● Ensure merchants are fully onboarded into the system
● Upload menus, pricing, photos, and operational details
● Train merchants on how to use the EAST BUY merchant app
● Ensure 100% readiness before going live
C. Merchant Activation & Performance
● Drive merchants to receive
● Monitor daily performance (orders, cancellations, preparation time)
● Support merchants to improve sales and operations
● Ensure menu quality and availability
D. Relationship Management
● Maintain strong relationships with merchants
● Act as the main contact between merchant and EAST BUY
● Handle merchant issues, complaints, and feedback
● Conduct regular merchant visits
E. Market & Competitor Analysis
● Track competitor activities (Grab, Foodpanda, WOWNOW, E-Get)
● Identify market trends and customer demand
● Suggest new merchant categories and opportunities
F. Reporting:
● Daily/Weekly reporting on:
- New merchants signed
- Active merchants
- Merchants receiving orders
- Merchant performance issues

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 6 months to 1 years in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in food delivery / e-commerce is a plus.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
● Good problem-solving ability
● Familiar with Phnom Penh food & restaurant market
● Basic Excel / reporting skills
