Customer Service
Provide attentive and courteous service to ensure customers have a positive experience.
Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers.
Inform customers about new stock, promotions, and product features.
Handle customer complaints by escalating issues to management when necessary.
Sales & Performance
Utilize in-store devices to support sales activities.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Store Operations
Maintain clean and organized stock areas and staff facilities.
Assist in receiving deliveries, replenishing stock levels, and ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed.
Keep all displays up to date and ensure the shop floor is tidy and presentable.
