  • Able to fulfill all criteria specified in Trainee CSA to CSA
  • Possess leadership quality and act as a role model for others
  • Possess coaching skill to guide and provide feedback to service staff on work tasks and customer service
  • Able to communicate effectively with the outlet team, BM, AOM, CK and suppliers
  • Able to perform simple arithmetic
  • Able to setup and perform all workstations effectively including opening and closing procedures
  • Able to perform banking and arrange cash change
  • Able to troubleshoot cash discrepancies
  • Able to plan and perform product ordering and receiving to ensure sufficient stocks and control wastage
  • Able to plan monthly service team’ schedule and ensure each shift is properly staffed
  • Able to assist Branch Manager in month-end stocktaking
  • Completed WSQ Prepare for Service, and scheduling training.
