• Proactively monitor and manage the renewal pipeline based on contract value, risk, and renewal date.
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to gather intelligence on customer health, satisfaction scores, and potential expansion opportunities.
• Forecast and report on renewal rates, churn risk, and potential upsell/cross-sell revenue to sales leadership.
• Identify at-risk accounts early and collaborate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to create a risk mitigation plan before the renewal discussion begins.
