A Big Opportunity for ...
• Develop creative concepts, key visuals, and campaign designs for marketing activities• Lead and execute design projects including packaging, POSM, digital content, and advertising materials• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver creative solutions• Review and approve artwork from junior designers or external vendors• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines• Stay updated with design trends and continuously improve creative output• Support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns with strong visual storytelling

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG or agency experience preferred)• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and branding projects• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)• Experience in packaging design and printing production is a plus• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design• Good communication and teamwork skills• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
