Lead the design and execution of highquality visual content across various platforms including web, social media, email, advertising, packaging, and print.
Translate strategic direction into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
Collaborate with marketing, procurement and sales team to maintain cohesive branding across all materials.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by assistant graphic designers.
Provide art direction and constructive feedback to team members.
Maintain brand consistency while pushing boundaries of creativity.
Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Work directly with management to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
5 years of professional design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), or other design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, branding, and conceptual thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
