Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising day-to-day sales execution across Wholesale, HORECA, Modern Trade, and/or Ecommerce channels — driving the sales team to hit volume and revenue targets, ensuring pricing and customer terms are followed correctly, and surfacing performance issues to the Sales Manager before they become bigger problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach the sales team on a daily basis — route coverage, customer visits, order-taking discipline.
• Track individual and team performance against monthly volume, revenue, and new-customer targets.
• Ensure pricing, discounts, and credit terms applied in the field follow company policy.
• Review and consolidate daily/weekly sales reports before they go to the Sales Manager.
• Identify underperforming customers, routes, or SKUs and propose corrective action.
• Support onboarding and training of new sales staff on products, pricing, and reporting tools.
• Resolve first-line customer issues (order errors, delivery complaints, pricing disputes) and escalate what can't be resolved at their level.
• Work with the Warehouse and Fleet teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitor competitor activity and pricing in the field and report relevant intelligence to the Sales Manager.
• Help enforce incentive scheme rules and new-customer counting accuracy for the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, or cold chain, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Strong track record hitting sales targets and managing a field sales team.
• Comfortable with Excel-based reporting and basic sales/CRM tracking tools.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good understanding of route-to-market and retail execution fundamentals across multiple channels.
• Fluent in Khmer; working proficiency in English preferred for reporting to management.
