Promote and sell tractors and related agricultural machinery to customers and dealers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and business partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct product presentations and explain tractor features, benefits, and technical specifications.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable tractor models and solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, customer information, and market feedback.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, especially in agricultural machinery, tractors, or automotive products, is preferred.
Good knowledge of tractors and agricultural machinery is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
Good problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
