2. Job Function

(i) Core Tasks

  • Lead and manage technical service operations for kitchen appliances and cabinet installations
  • Ensure proper installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service
  • Act as the technical authority between customers, installers, sales, suppliers, and manufacturers
  • Maintain service quality, safety standards, and compliance with product specifications
  • Develop technical processes, documentation, and service standards
  • Build and coach a skilled technical service team
  • Other tasks assigned by management

(ii) Daily Tasks

  •  Supervise technicians’ daily schedules, site visits, and service calls
  •  Provide technical guidance on installation, repair, and troubleshooting of appliances and cabinets
  •  Handle urgent technical issues and customer complaints
  •  Review service reports, job completion status, and workmanship quality
  • Coordinate with sales and project teams on active installations and service cases
  • Ensure tools, spare parts, and materials are available for daily operations

(iv) Weekly Tasks

  •  Review ongoing service cases, warranty claims, and unresolved technical issues
  •  Conduct technical briefings or on-site coaching for technicians and installers
  •  Inspect selected installation sites to ensure compliance with standards and drawings
  •  Coordinate with suppliers or manufactures on technical clarifications or spare parts
  •  Analyze recurring faults or installation errors and propose corrective actions
  •  Update service schedules and manpower planning

(iv) Monthly Tasks

  • Prepare technical service performance report (response time, repeat issues, customer feedback).
  • Review spare parts usage, stock levels, and replacement needs
  •  Conduct formal team meetings to review challenges and improvement plans
  • Update technical manuals, installation guidelines, and service checklists
  • Support sales and marketing with technical input for new products or projects
  •  Evaluate technician performance and identify training needs

(vi) Yearly Tasks

  •  Develop and review annual technical service plans and budgets
  •  Lead major technical training programs and certifications
  •  Review and improve service SOPs, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
  •  Participate in new product launches, testing, and technical readiness
  •  Evaluate suppliers’ and manufacturers’ technical support performance
  • Support long-term service strategy, expansion plans, and process automation

3. Documentation

  •  Responsible to ensure all Private and Confidential, Controlled Documents are properly indicated and managed.
  •  Responsible in company activities concerning the protection of the environment.

4. Corporate Social Responsibility

  •  Participates in company activities concerning the protection of the environment.
  •  Supports the environmental management system of the company.
  •  Promotes upholds and applies environmentally friendly practices such as reducing, reusing, and recycling.

5. Financial and Administration

  •  Complies with the company’s purchasing and store requisitioning procedures, in respect of internal and external supplies.
  •  Ensure energy and cost-saving measures are implemented and evaluated continuously.
  •  Ensures that rosters & overtime are managed appropriately according to operational needs.

6. Human Capital Development

  •  Participates in training related to the job.
  • Assists with company orientation, training, and other special courses when required.
  •  Leads by example, inspires and motivates those around your department through enthusiasm, and inspires and guides others to make their decisions based on the organization’s values and overall direction, keeping the company’s goals in mind.

7. Policies and Procedures

  • Maintains a high standard of appearance and grooming.
  •  Apply and adhere to rules and regulations as per the employee handbook, departmental and company policies and procedures, including those for emergencies.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the overall organization’s mission, vision, and values.
  •  Handles any employee complaint professionally per company’s policy & procedures.
  • Practices proper telephone etiquette with colleagues and company guests.
  •  Ensures all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Cambodian Law.

8. Health and Safety

  •  Always maintains the highest levels of personal hygiene.
  • To ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all work areas.
  •  To be fully aware of all health and safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
  •  Responsible to report any potentially hazardous situations within the workplace.
