1、Execution: Responsible for conducting pre-employment training for drivers, clearly and accurately explaining all platform rules, safety protocols, service procedures, incentive and disciplinary mechanisms, and App usage guidelines.
2、Training Material Development: Continuously create, optimize, and maintain training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, operation manuals, and quick guides based on business updates to ensure the professionalism and timeliness of training content.
3、Training Organization and Coordination: Schedule training sessions, manage training attendance, and be responsible for the coordination and preparation of training venues.
4、Query Resolution and Support: Promptly and patiently address drivers' questions during and after training, providing necessary operational guidance and initial support.

Mandatory Requirements:
1、Language Proficiency: Fluent in standard Mandarin Chinese, with excellent verbal expression and communication skills.
2、Technical Skill: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT).

Preferred Qualifications:
1、Experience: Possess experience in training, teaching, lecturing, or related roles, with the ability for on-site teaching and interactive session management.
2、General Competencies: Strong learning ability, organizational and coordination skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
3、Industry Background: Prior experience in mobility, logistics, e-commerce platforms, or related industries is preferred.
