An Excellent Opportunity for ...
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff (pickers, packers, forklift operators, etc.). • Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks and audits. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse. • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Train and develop team members to meet performance and safety standards. • Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operational. • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for smooth operations. • Manage warehouse documentation and reporting, including shipping/receiving logs, inventory records, and incident reports. • Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and suggest solutions.

លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations (e.g., OSHA). • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
